The Lucknow Bhulekh Portal is a district-level digital initiative of the District Administration, Lucknow, aimed at providing secure, transparent, and anytime access to land records and certified copies.

It enables citizens to view digitized revenue records and obtain legally valid, digitally signed documents without visiting government offices.

Launch of the Portal

The Lucknow Bhulekh Portal was formally launched under the direction of the District Magistrate, Lucknow, and made operational from 15 April 2026.

From this date onwards, certified copies of all digitized land records are issued exclusively through the online portal (lucknowbhulekh.in).

Physical copies of records that have already been digitized are no longer issued, ensuring a fully digital and transparent system.

Objective

To digitize land records of Lucknow district and provide citizens with fast, transparent, and secure online services, reducing dependency on manual processes and strengthening governance efficiency and accountability.

Certified Copy

A Certified Copy is a digitally signed legal document issued by the Record Room (RRK). It is valid for use in courts, banks, mutation processes, and other official purposes.

How the System Works

  1. Register / Login
  2. Search records (by Gaata number / village)
  3. Select required pages
  4. Fill application details
  5. Make secure online payment
  6. Verification by Record Room (RRK)
  7. Download certified copy (PDF)

 

Fees & Processing Time

  • First 10 pages: ₹10
  • Next 10 pages (per slab): ₹5
  • Maximum limit: 50 pages per day
  • Processing time: Typically 1–2 working days

  • Applications with irrelevant or excessive pages may be rejected
  • No refund is applicable in case of rejection
